What is the return policy?
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If your item does not suit you, you have 14 days after receipt to return your item to us, in its original condition and original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Contact us by email at nouraia.sav@gmail.com to obtain the shipping address and refund terms.

Each Nouraïa mukhawar is handcrafted in the Emirates by local communities who perpetuate traditional Emirati know-how. We make the deliberate choice to produce in ultra-limited quantities — no mass production, no endless stock, and especially no restocks.

What are the delivery times?
As soon as payment is confirmed, we will endeavor to ship your order as quickly as possible. Please allow 3 to 5 days to receive your order (mainland France) and 4 to 7 days for orders to Belgium.
How to care for your mukhawar?
The Nouraïa mukhawar should be hand-washed in cold water. If using a machine, opt for a delicate cycle at a maximum of 30°C — your embroidery will thank you.
Lay flat to dry, steam iron at a low temperature. A piece that takes care of you deserves to be taken care of in return. Steam ironing at a low temperature is recommended.

The mukhawar can be worn on all important occasions — even everyday ones. For a girls' night out, a religious festival like Eid, a wedding, a khotba or to entertain your guests elegantly at home, it naturally adapts to every moment.
